Has your transaction been declined?

Most of the time the issue is that the card is not enabled for adult transactions, which can be easily fixed with a quick call to the bank.

1. Are you using the card outside of the country where it was issued? If so, your bank may not be able to authorize your transaction without you calling first. Your bank may be declining your transactions for fraud prevention. It often only takes a phone call for them to authorize your transaction.

2. Your browser may be preventing you from purchasing. We recommend Google Chrome as we find it has the least interference with various types of content.

3. Have you tried your transactions within 30 minutes of each other? As a security measure, you need to leave a minimum of 30 minutes in-between transaction attempts. After too many attempts, you may need to wait a full 24 hours before trying again.

4. Something of the information you entered was done so incorrectly. All fields must be completed with the correct information. Please try again.

5. New changes have occurred for gift and prepaid card purchases. Given that people who are under the age of 18 are able to obtain certain gift- and prepaid cards, purchases for certain online content are being declined at an increasing rate with these cards. Verotel has no control over your bank's policies, and it is unlikely to change in the future. If you are trying to purchase with a gift or prepaid card and it has been declined, you will need to use a different payment option.

6. In an effort to reduce fraud, banks have introduced 3D secured verification. The typical authorization process for 3D verification is when a card holder attempts a transaction, the bank will have a second authentication method for you to authorize the transaction. If you are having issues with 3D secured verification, you will need to contact your bank for assistance.

We update SFZ with new video content 40 weeks per year. Our newest and most current videos (current meaning from late 2016) are offered in two different download options, 1080p - best available quality in the market 60 fps 20000 kbps MP4 files - and 720p MP4 files which are also available to stream except downloading. The 1080p are large files. The 1080p file gets automatically removed from our servers 90 days after the original upload (update). Exactly the same applies for our new (post 2021) 4K files. The streaming option as well as the 720p MP4 (or the 1080p video regarding our 4K productions respectively) file to download, stay at our servers and are always available to you at any time. Prior to late 2016, most of our videos are in .wmv format. Some are MP4 files. Our current galleries are available to download as .zip or as .rar files. Our earlier galleries are available as web pages only.

We currently offer 506 videos in our members' section to download and to keep, out of which 318 are also available to stream. We also offer extensive galleries with over 50000 pictures in total.

We offer by far, the most extensive preview section in the business, with 335 preview videos to download and/or to stream. Those are all our post- 2016 updates. Our older videos (pro- 2016 updates) do not have a downloadable or streaming option preview. We provide picture gallery previews as well. If there are no preview pictures it means that, that specific match/scene does not have a gallery.

Video Viewing and Downloading

We strongly suggest that you DOWNLOAD our previews BEFORE you become members. We recommend VLC Media Player to enjoy our videos AFTER you download them. Check the specifications and availalbe storage of your device(s). Our 1080p videos might be too large for them.

HD video requires a better than average internet connection and computer, so if you have a slow connection or older computer, you may experience issues. If you can’t do anything about that, then try the following:

Turn off other programs you may be running like, virus protection, ad blocker, or energy saving settings.

Stop any files that you may be downloading in the background. Try closing other browser tabs if you have many opened. Try a different browser. We recommend the latest versions of the following browsers: Google Chrome and Safari.

Streaming

You may stream all our current videos (post late 2016 updates that were properly encoded). Please allow the streaming videos to buffer for a few seconds before you watch them. This applies to both preview and member pages.

There are NO restrictions and/or limitations in the number of videos available to you at any given time regardless of the type of membership you choose. What you see in the preview page, is what you get. You can download EVERY SINGLE video and/or gallery that is available to download. Having said that, let's go to...

You may NOT attempt to download multiple files and/or stream our content simultaneously.

Use your common sense.

Two files maximium at any given time. For those that do not get why, let me say this. You can watch one thing at Netflix and Amazon and download one or two more at the same time, right? You can't watch two films or your favorite shows from one device simultaneously, yes? Keep doing that here. It will work like a charm and you will manage to watch all your favorite content, no problem.

We rarely shoot custom videos. Very rarely indeed. We are usually very busy shooting content for our numerous sites and updating them. If you still desire a custom video from us, please write to us in detail about your idea and we see how it goes. We might have an open slot in one of our upcoming scheduled fillings with a wrestler you desire to see in a custom match. In any case, we would not take any custom work for less than $800. Absolutely no way. This is not negotiable.

If you use profanity or if you are vulgar, you will not enjoy our response too much, if you get one anyway.
